The place
The island chain off the west coast, from Corfu south to Zakynthos.
PINAX has no object from the Ionian Islands at launch. Our range favours the mainland, the north and the mountains, and we list a place only when an object from it can be checked.
What we are researching: Zakynthos appears in published lists of Greek PDO and PGI olive oil areas (a secondary source). We have not yet confirmed the registered name against the EU register or spoken to a producer. Until both happen, this page stays empty of products.
