Shelf-stable foods registered as EU Protected Designations of Origin. Each record names the registered PDO exactly and links to the register. Packs stay in their original certified packaging, never repacked. Greek VAT at 13%.

A PDO is a legal name, not a marketing word, and a place name on its own proves little. Oil that only says Cretan has no PDO behind it, a bare Kalamata label can describe an olive variety grown anywhere, and loose island pistachio without the name Fystiki Aiginas proves nothing. So every record here quotes the full registered name, from Masticha Chiou to Korinthiaki Stafida Vostitsa, links to its entry in eAmbrosia, the EU register, and prints a fake test beside it.
